Parents get a dedicated Parent Hub to monitor progress, assign chores, send notes, run quizzes, and manage rewards — while kids get a personalized dashboard that grows with them through every life stage.
After completing your purchase you'll receive an email with an activation link. Click it, set your password, and you're in.

Yes! Go to Settings → Full Detailed Tutorial — it walks through every section of the app with tips and examples. You can also reopen the Quick Start wizard from the Settings menu anytime.
Yes — one subscription covers your whole family. You can add multiple child profiles from the Parent Hub. Each child gets their own profile, PIN, avatar, data, and personalized dashboard. Parents can switch between profiles from the home screen.
Check your spam/junk folder first — activation emails sometimes land there.

On the login screen, click "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Yes. When logged in with a cloud account, your data is automatically synced to the cloud and restored on any device you log into. If you're using local-only mode, data is saved in your browser's local storage — it will persist as long as you use the same browser on the same device.
Yes — log into your account on any device (phone, tablet, computer) and your data will sync automatically. The app works in any modern browser.
Email info@kingdom-creatives.com with your account email and request for deletion. We'll remove all your data within 5 business days.
YourLife CC offers three plans:

Email us at info@kingdom-creatives.com with your account email and we'll cancel your subscription immediately. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on monthly and yearly plans. If you're not happy within the first 7 days, email us at info@kingdom-creatives.com and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 7 days.
If a payment fails, your account will show a "Past Due" status. You'll still have a grace period to update your payment method. Update it via your Stripe billing portal or email us and we'll send you a direct link.
Yes! Find your referral link in the app under Refer & Earn in the sidebar. When someone signs up using your link, you earn a reward. Referral payouts are processed monthly on the 1st.
To set up your payout method, email info@kingdom-creatives.com with your name, Venmo/PayPal handle, and the subject "Referral Payout Setup."

The Life Score is a point system that tracks overall progress across the app. Points are earned by completing daily habits, reading scripture, finishing chores, logging workouts, writing journal entries, completing lessons, and more. It's designed to motivate consistent engagement across all areas of life — not just school or chores.
Parent Bucks are a virtual reward currency that parents award to kids for completing chores, good behavior, achieving goals, and passing quizzes. Kids can redeem Parent Bucks in the Rewards Store for prizes that parents set up — screen time, outings, Amazon gift cards, whatever works for your family.
The scripture banner on the home dashboard displays rotating Bible verses. There are 30 built-in verses that rotate automatically. You can:

Yes — go to Settings → Sections and toggle any section on or off. Hidden sections disappear from the sidebar completely. This is useful for keeping the app focused and uncluttered for younger kids.
Daily W's are your daily habit checklist on the home dashboard. Built-in habits include prayer, Bible reading, workout, water intake, journaling, study, gratitude, and sleep. You can add custom habits too. Check them off each day to build streaks and earn Life Score points. They reset daily at midnight.
The Life Map is a visual game board on the home dashboard showing your progress across 16 key life areas. As you complete activities in different sections of the app, your game piece advances. It's a visual way to see how balanced and active you are across all areas of life.
Click Parent in the top navigation bar or find it in the sidebar. You'll be prompted to enter your Parent PIN. If you haven't set one yet, go to Settings → Set Parent PIN.
The Parent Hub gives you full oversight and control:
Go to Parent Hub → Child Profiles → Add Child. Enter their name, age, and life stage. They'll get their own profile with a PIN you set for them. You can add photos or choose an avatar for each child.
No — the Parent Hub is protected by your PIN. Kids cannot access it without the PIN. Journal entries are also completely private — parents can see that a child has written entries but cannot read the content.

Go to Settings → Reset Parent PIN. You'll need to verify your identity via your account email. If you're locked out completely, email us at info@kingdom-creatives.com and we'll help you reset it.
Yes — go to Settings → Content → Faith Mode and toggle it off. When off, all scripture sections, Bible references, and faith-specific content are hidden. Daily devotionals become non-religious "Daily Reflections" instead. This setting is per-profile so each family member can have their own preference.

Yes — go to Settings → Scripture Rotation → Add Custom Scripture. Enter the verse text and reference and it will be added to the rotation alongside the 30 built-in verses. You can delete custom verses at any time from the same settings panel.
Try a hard refresh — go to Settings → Refresh App → Hard Refresh / Clear Cache. This forces the app to reload from scratch, bypassing cached files.
On mobile you can also close and reopen the browser tab, or clear your browser cache manually.
Make sure you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, or Edge). The app is fully mobile-responsive. Try these steps:
If you were using local mode (not logged into a cloud account), data is stored in your browser and won't transfer between devices or after clearing cache. Always make sure you're logged in with your account email to enable cloud sync.

Yes — this gives you a native app-like experience:
The app will open full-screen without the browser bar, just like a native app.
The language translation feature uses Google Translate. Make sure you're connected to the internet and that your browser isn't blocking third-party scripts. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us at info@kingdom-creatives.com.
Yes. Your data is stored securely in our cloud database (Supabase) with encryption at rest and in transit. We never sell your data to third parties. Journal entries are private — even in the Parent Hub, parents can only see that entries exist, not the content.
